Ownership

Unless a page states otherwise, BlackFist Universe owns or licenses the BlackFist Universe platform, trade names, logos, characters, councils, locations, stories, scripts, recordings, artwork, music, video, databases and software.

Protected universe

This includes BlackFist, Drone Man, Black British, General Jamaica, Thunder Woman, Black Weave, Maroon Titan, Ocean Woman, Obiah Man, Glasses Prime, Basswave, Black Velocity, Black Comet, LionCore AI, the BlackFist Universe Council, the Black Crown, the Citadel and the Lion Den, together with associated stories and designs.

Permitted use

You may access content for personal, non-commercial entertainment through authorised platform functions. No copying, public performance, redistribution, adaptation, merchandise, model training, commercial fan production or other exploitation is permitted without written permission, except where law expressly allows it.

User submissions

You retain ownership of original material you submit. You grant us the limited permissions reasonably needed to host, moderate, display and operate the feature to which you submitted it. Do not submit material you lack rights to use.
