1. About these terms

These Terms govern access to Blackfist Universe, its website, apps, audio, video, eBooks, character profiles, Communication Network and related services operated by BlackFist Universe (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and be responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared outside your household unless a plan expressly permits it.

3. Entertainment service

BlackFist Universe provides fictional entertainment. Availability, features, titles and release schedules may change. We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the service for security, legal or technical reasons.

4. Acceptable use

You must not copy, scrape, record, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with the platform, upload malicious code, impersonate others, harass users or use the service unlawfully.

5. Memberships and payments

Paid memberships are also governed by the Membership Agreement and Subscription & Billing Policy. Prices and renewal details are shown before purchase.

6. Intellectual property

All platform software, branding, characters, stories, recordings and artwork are protected as described in the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or close accounts where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, non-payment, serious or repeated rule breaches, or legal compliance. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, the service is supplied for personal entertainment and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will publish the effective version. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have where you live.
